Where can I find my frame’s measurements?
The measurements can be found on the left temple (ex. 50-24-147) The numbers from left to right stand for: Lens Width, Bridge Width, Temple Arm Length in mm. If you already have a pair that you like, you can compare measurements to see how our sunglasses will fit you.
How do I get my frames adjusted?
Our frames can easily be adjusted at any optical shop. Most optical shops will make minor adjustments for free or for a small fee.
Which frames are best suited for a low bridge fit?
The best low bridge fit is our Bold Square 01 and Modern Cat 01.
What type of lenses do you offer?
We offer mineral glass lenses for high definition clarity. Our lenses have 100% UVA/UVB protection on the front and back surface, blue light filtering, and anti-glare. They are naturally scratch and heat resistant and designed to enhance colors and contrast. All our lenses are finished with a 10 layer hydrophobic and oleophobic coating to keep lenses cleaner longer.
What is the best way to clean my lenses?
To clean your lenses, simply rinse them with a mild dish soap and lukewarm water, and dry them with our cleaning cloth.
How durable are your lenses?
Our lenses are naturally scratch resistant and tempered to resist breakage. They have a higher impact resistance than plastic lenses. We’ve tested them by dropping a 65 gram steel ball from a height of 3 meters. Compared with a plastic lens that breaks at 2 meters, we think that’s pretty durable.
Can I put prescription lenses in my sunglasses?
We currently do not offer prescription lenses at this time. If you’d like to put prescription lenses in your Just Human sunglasses, they are prescription ready.
Are our lenses polarized?
Our lenses are non-polarized. Polarized lenses are more so a matter of preference and lifestyle. Our lenses are designed for the urban lifestyle so they won't interfere with your digital device screens. Polarized rays shouldn’t be confused with UVA and UVB rays, which are harmful to the eye. UV coverage is highly recommended and already included in all our lenses.
What if I want to change my order?

What’s your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping and free returns in the US and Canada.
When can I expect my order?
Good news! You can expect your order in 2-3 days within the continental U.S. Orders shipped to Canada can take up to 10-15 days. We currently ship to the U.S. (Including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. If you would like your sunglasses right away, we also have expedited options for an additional fee.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping to Canada is free however non-US customers are responsible for payment of any duties, import taxes, brokerage or customs fees associated with an international shipment. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. If you would like your sunglasses right away, we also have expedited options for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
You can easily return or exchange within 30 days for all items that have no signs of wear or damage with all original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be initiated no later than 30 days from the date that your order arrives to you! Our mission is to make a product that is better for people and the planet. We want to introduce people to a more conscious, more responsible way of buying everyday products. We’re ruthlessly responsible, we set out to find a better way using natural and recycled materials.
Chic Circularity – Iconic-style and responsible materials, we focused on the entire system from design and material selection to manufacturing and packaging.

Our materials: All of our materials come from natural and sustainable sources and we use recycled materials whenever possible. Our frames are made from reforested soft wood trees that are FSC® certified. Our lenses are made using sand and minerals and all our lens off-cuts in the manufacturing process are recycled into new lenses. Our sunglass case is made from an innovative leather alternative called Piñatex® made from the waste of pineapple leaf fibers. The inner liner of our case and our cleaning cloth is made from recycled water bottles.
Our Packaging: We designed our packaging with a minimal and waste free approach. We use 100% post-consumer recycled materials for our shipping box, eco-friendly inks and bio-compostable tape.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Los Angeles and manufactured in Japan, Italy and Los Angeles. We work with only the most reputable manufactures who are known for their craftsmanship and ethical manufacturing.
What's unique about my sunglasses?
Every single one of our sunglasses are handmade and unique. The colors of our bio-material differ from each batch which means there can be slight color and pattern variations. Our first collection is from a limited production batch. Each pair is numbered on the inside of the temple.
Do you have any stockists or physical stores?
